  1. What are our arrival and departure times?  

    Check-in / Arrival time: From 2pm till 5pm, by arrangement until 6pm.

    Check-out / Departure time: Before 10am.

  2. Are pets allowed?  

    Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at our properties. We understand that your furry friends are an important part of your family, but we have a strict no-pets policy in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

  3. Are any meals provided?  

    No, we only offer Self-catering accommodation.

    Self-catering accommodation means that you will be responsible for purchasing and preparing your own meals during your stay. This gives you the freedom to create your own holiday schedule, decide your own meal times and choose your own menu.

  4. What amenities can you expect in a self-catering unit?  

    Facilities vary between property types, so be sure to check the finer detail to ensure the kitchen space meets your catering needs.

    • Each Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate the maximum number of guests, including a fridge, stove, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, and cleaning equipment.
    • Each Room features a semi equipped kitchenette.

     

    Self-catering accommodation refers to a property that provides the necessary facilities for guests to cook and cater for themselves, you can prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a full blown Christmas dinner.

    Remember, when initial amenities run out during your stay, you will need to top up your own supplies, such as tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper.

  5. Are the Cottages/Rooms serviced during your stay?  

    No, beds are made up ready for arrival with fresh bed linen, we also supply you with towels and hand towels for showering or bathing only. Depending on your length of your stay, we will notify you when we need to come clear out your dustbins.

    We do offer full services at an extra cost on Mondays through to Fridays. Ask us when you book and we will be happy to send you further information.
